Notifications with SocietyNow App

SocietyNow focuses mainly on maintaining a proper notification process thereby giving an excellent user experience to its Users. SN has two [02] types of notifications in place to make sure that all the notifications reach to the users in time.
  1. In App Notifications : Entries on the Guard Device at the Main Gate will trigger Notifications to your Personal Smartphone when an uninvited Guest or Visitor comes , the application triggers an In-app Notification, where the all users whose flat is selected receives an in-app  notification  to approve or deny the entry. Multiple Notifications: Such as Visitors Check in / Out , Staff Check in / Out , Kid's Exit , Visitor Approval , Notice Board Notifications , Helpdesk Notifications our few of the notifications received on the Resident Smartphone. 
  2. General Notification : General notifications get triggered when the above events happen. It acts as a general information about the events occurring at the main gate. Example: The maid or the cook entered the society (or) the pre-approved visitor has entered the society (or) the admin has issued a notice for the users.
